Member Safety

Dear Staff/Future Participants,

As a program serving our future educators and leaders, we understand the importance of holding the highest merit to all that we do. We have seen the power of the marching arts in driving past/current performers grow and future performers get inspired. We have also seen it bring community at a time where our world was struck by a pandemic. On the flip side, we have also learned we have to be better as a community in protecting the most important part of our community, our participants.

As WGI continues its commitment to fostering a positive and safe environment for all we will do the same. We understand the impact our staff has on all participants and are motivated to use this for good. Each one of us has an essential role in preserving the integrity of our marching arts community. As we move forward, we will continue to put our member experience in the driver seat for all organization decisions.

Flux Percussion Organization SAFE Program

Below you will find the questionnaire for our SAFE (Safe Appropriate Fair Environment) program. The purpose of this program is to ensure a safe, positive, and educational environment for all involved in our program. Member safety/experience is at the forefront of our organization and we hope this questionnaire gives you a voice if you ever experience any misconduct with our staff.

Please understand – All matters included in this survey will be taken VERY SERIOUSLY and could result in possible termination/legal involvement. We ask that this form is only to be completed with true/factual information and is not done untruthfully. Any findings of false information could result in possible termination from Flux Indoor Percussion w/o refund.

This survey will be checked every single day and will result in an immediate investigation.
